About Us
B.W. Construction & Home Improvement, Inc. is owned and operated by Bob & Beverly Willis.
Bob started as a carpenter when he was just 15 years old. He has a strong work ethic as well as expert carpentry skills, and these attributes lead him to start his own company in 1997. Bob’s wife, Bev, has helped manage the office of the company since it started its operations.
Bob started the company with only himself completing the jobs, and soon hired his first carpenter. As of 2008, the company now employs several full time carpenters, each with many years of experience, that Bob manages and oversees.
