Staff Bios

B.W. Construction employees may have joined the team at different times, but they work very efficiently together. We choose friendly, honest, and hardworking employees. We firmly believe our employees are our biggest assets; the business couldn’t thrive without the effort from each team member!

Bob Willis (Owner)

Bob started his carpentry career at the age of 15, working during summers and school vacations. He fine-tuned his carpentry skills by working alongside some of the best carpenters around. He and his wife, Beverly, decided it was time to take a chance and start their own company in 1997. B.W. Construction & Home Improvement, Inc. has continued to grow year after year. Bob currently manages all of our sales calls and estimates. 

Beverly Willis (Owner)

Bev is a joint owner of B.W. Construction and Home Improvement. She's been Bob's right-hand (wo)man since they started the business, and her accounting and organization skills ensure a smooth experience for all customers. 

Greg (Office Manager)

Greg is an expert office manager with years of professional experience as well of years of friendship with Bob and Bev. He is a trusted, skilled and integral part of the team at B.W. Construction.

Jason (Lead Carpenter)

Jason, the first employee hired, is a highly skilled carpenter with a specialization in trim. He manages the rest of the crew and is the on-site supervisor. He has a demonstrated commitment to each job and is able to complete any job, specialized or general. 

Bryan (Lead Carpenter)

Bryan has extensive carpentry experience and an unparalleled attention to detail. A member of our crew for many years, he is a kitchen and bath expert who brings a superior level of professionalism and skill to each job. 

Rocco (Carpenter)

Rocco oversees our projects and operates as a manager on job sites when needed. He is a demonstrated leader and is also a very impressive craftsman. 

Justin (Carpenter)

Justin has a long history with the company and continues to hone his skills with each job entrusted to him.

John (Carpenter’s Helper)

John is an apprentice to our team of professional carpenters. He assists all team members when needed, has shown a real talent for the industry and is a promising young carpenter.
